a sacred women’s retreat
Return to Your Light
Sedona, Arizona / February 25 - March 2, 2027
There is a place where the earth seems to hum, where the air feels different, and your body begins to exhale before you’ve even unpacked.
We are taking 10 women to Sedona for 6 days of sacred movement, energy work, adventure in the red rocks, and real sisterhood…the kind that reconnects you to yourself and to each other.
Every detail is handled. The only thing left for you to do is slow down, exhale, and refill your own cup.
The Intention
You have spent years taking care of everyone else, the schedules, the household, the aging parents, the job. You are good at holding it all together, and somewhere along the way, you became the last person on your own list.
Rest restores your body. Returning restores something else, the part of you that got set aside somewhere between all of the doing. This retreat invites room for both.
For six days, the only job is you. Slowing down. Breathing. Reconnecting with your heart space and with nature, surrounded by other women who know exactly what it feels like to give from an empty cup. The land invites us to lay down what we have carried in, and surrender to her magnetic pull.
Sedona asks us to reconnect with our inner light, our intuition, and our breath.
With the support of your guide, Megan McGlynn, a Reiki Master, Intuitive Lightworker, and Massage Therapist, and the women walking this same season of life beside you, we will hold space for you to return to the most authentic version of you.
Who This Retreat is For
This retreat is for women in the season of building, raising, caregiving, leading, and somehow still being asked to give more.
If you have spent years being the steady one, the one everyone else leans on, this gathering was built with you in mind.
Are you ready to make your inner peace a priority?
Would you like to connect with women walking through the same stage in life?
Does 6 days immersed in the grounding energy of Sedona speak to you?
You are exactly who I had in mind when I created Return to Your Light.
What’s Included
The full itinerary is still coming together, but here is a taste of what you can expect to move through.
Six days, five nights in Luxury
Enjoy a private, tranquil retreat sanctuary tucked among Sedona's red rocks, with a dedicated yoga and meditation room, hot tub and saltwater pool, a medicine wheel and labyrinth on the grounds, fire pit, and Cathedral Rock's vortex visible from the property. Rooms are shared - we invite you to bring a friend or two, a sister, or cousin, who you know can also benefit from 6 days in beautiful Sedona.
All transportation during the retreat is provided. You are responsible for your transportation to and from the airport.
Chef-prepared Meals
Plant-forward meals prepared by a private chef at the house, coffee, tea, and healthy snacks around the clock to keep your body nourished, not just fed. (One lunch in town will be on your own.)
Mindful Practice
Sunrise guided meditation, intentional movement, and gratitude practice - a gentle, grounding start to each morning before anything else asks for your attention. Yoga Nidra to wind down our evenings and provide restful sleep.
Connection to the Land, Body & Soul
Guided ceremony and sacred circle time, held with care around the property's medicine wheel and fire pit throughout the week to support reflection, release, and connection.
Sound bath and cacao ceremony to open and connect with our heart space.
Vortex tour and a hike into the red rocks with a private guide. The hike will be planned according to the abilities of the group.
Breathwork experience and aura photo reading.
Stargazing & Yoga Nidra to wind down the evenings.
Relax & Unwind
You will have a couple hours of free time every day rest, read, journal, nap, get a massage or energy healing, or soak in the hot tub.
Exploring Antelope Canyon & Sedona
Day trip to Antelope Canyon with a traditional Navajo lunch and canyon guide.
Free afternoon to wander downtown Sedona: crystals, galleries, the Tlaquepaque arts village, and lunch on your own.
Support Calls
Private 20-minute connection call with Megan before the retreat, and a private 20-minute integration call after, so you arrive with intention and leave with continued support.
Not included: Airfare to Phoenix (PHX), transportation from the airport to the property, personal spending, and optional add-ons. We will help you with making carpool arrangements to and from the airport.
What You'll Experience
You are craving time to yourself with likeminded women. You want real connection, the kind that survives past a group chat. You desire rest, time to breathe, restorative movement, and a little adventure sounds great, too.
You’ll return home with:
A body that remembers what rest feels like.
A renewed sense of clarity for whatever chapter comes next, for you and not just for everyone who depends on you.
The felt experience of being seen, held, and cared for without having to earn it.
The flame of your own joy, rekindled and easier to return to.
Sisterhood with women who understand exactly what it takes to show up for everyone else, and who will remind you to show up for yourself too.

Hi, I’m Megan!
I'm the founder of VALO, a wellness space in Ashburn, Virginia, where I serve as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Lightworker. Sedona has a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to share in this incredible experience I’ve planned for you. I’ll be leading the retreat alongside wonderful, insightful practitioners I’m bringing in to facilitate memorable experiences.
I've been deeply spiritual for as long as I can remember, and over the years that has grown into a clear sense of purpose: to help people reconnect to themselves, to a source of love greater than all of us, and to the guidance that is always available to them.
My care isn't only energetic; it's also deeply physical. I'm a licensed massage therapist, and I specialize in oncology massage and manual lymphatic drainage: gentle, skilled bodywork for people moving through cancer treatment and recovery. This part of my path began when I cared for someone I love through her cancer journey, and it taught me that the body needs tending as tenderly as the spirit. Whether I'm working through my hands or through the light, the intention is the same: to create safety, ease, and rest so the whole person can begin to restore.
I work with women in the most tender and transformative seasons of their lives. I know what it looks like when a woman has been last on her own list for too long. I've been there, too. I also know what it looks like when a woman finally chooses herself.
This retreat was built from that knowing. I will be with you every step of the way, not just as a facilitator, but as a woman who genuinely sees you.
Libra also happens to be the sign of my own natal moon, sitting in my 4th house of home and roots. Gathering under a Libra moon in Sedona feels like less of a coincidence, and more of an invitation.
I can’t wait to meet you!
Are you ready to join us in Sedona & refill your cup?
