Crystals have been used for centuries as tools for grounding, energetic support, and intentional living. But knowing where to begin can feel overwhelming. This class is your starting point.
Michele will walk you through the fundamentals of crystal work, including how to choose crystals, how to cleanse and care for them, and how to work with their energy in your everyday life. You will leave with practical knowledge and a new sense of confidence in building your own practice.
Whether you are completely new to crystals or looking to deepen what you already know, this class offers a grounded, accessible introduction to one of the most ancient healing traditions.

Oracle Cards & Developing Your Intuition
Oracle cards work as messengers from the collective unconscious, using symbols, metaphors, and imagery to access the wisdom already living within you.
In this class, Michele will guide you through how oracle cards work, how to read with intention, and how to begin trusting your own intuitive voice.
Whether you are new to oracle work or ready to go deeper, you will leave with a personal framework for reflection and clarity, and a deck of your own to continue the practice at home.

Reiki Level 2 Certification
Would you like to share reiki with others? Reiki 2 is that gateway.
In this class, you will receive your second Reiki attunement, a gateway sharing the gift of this healing modality with others. Learn the symbols for distance Reiki and how to perform it for others, hand placements, and deepen your abilities.
Taught by Michele Barlock, Valo's resident Reiki Master Teacher, who has over 20 years of experience in Reiki healing.

Reiki Level 1 Certification
Have you ever wanted to support your own healing or hold space for others in a more intentional way? Reiki Level 1 is where that journey begins.
In this class, you will receive your first Reiki attunement, a sacred initiation that opens you to the flow of universal life energy. From there, you'll learn how to give yourself Reiki, a practice you can return to every day for grounding, rest, and restoration. You'll also be guided through the traditional hand placements for offering Reiki to others, so you leave with both the knowledge and the confidence to share this gift if you choose to receive your Reiki Level 2 Certification.
This is a beautiful class for beginners and a meaningful experience for anyone who feels called to deepen their connection to energy healing.
