I'm a trained Usui Reiki Master, and I love Reiki deeply. Reiki created monumental shifts in my spiritual and mental clarity and physical health. What I offer has grown into something of its own. This work is not based on any religion. It's open to everyone who comes seeking connection to Source, to their own intuition and higher self, and to a place of rest and balance. My own path began in the Roman Catholic faith, and I'm grateful for the foundation it gave me: a lasting trust in a divine source of all creation, and in the teachings of Christ-consciousness; compassion, forgiveness, and unconditional love.

That foundation has grown through years of travel, study, and mindful meditation. Exploring cultural traditions around the world, and learning from Buddhism and Celtic Shamanism, has expanded my perception of religion and spirituality. What I've found again and again is how much these paths share. Today, I follow that thread in my own way, guided by these many teachings and by direct experience rather than by any single tradition. You are welcome here exactly as you are, with whatever you believe or don't.

I offer is presence, attention, and the highest vibration of love I can bring into the room. Everything else follows from that.
